The Christmas Quangle Wangle

The Christmas Quangle Wangle , the new endeavour from Licketyspit, developed by Wee Stories' Early Years project. Aimed at taking 3 to 7 year olds from Tolcross to the land of the Jumblies, the Quangle Wangle and many more creative delights from the pen of poet Edward Lear, lead off into lands far, far away by Stella and Stan.

Johnny Austin and Virginia Radcliffe are both excellent in their roles as, not only Stan and Stella, respectively, but the Golden Grouse, the Fimble Fowl, the Orient Calf and a whole host of magical creatures who are all very good at making excellent noises for everybody to join in with.

Licketyspit have captured the playfulness and imagination of Lear's nonsense poems with this show. With excellent songs and lots to join in with there is plenty to keep the kids entertained here, and most of the adults too. Heaps of fun!
